Cooling water loop diagram
Thestoragetankisdisplayedwiththe“Min”lllevel(yellowarrow)and
“Max”lllevel(redarrow).
Settings: Release for operation and operating parameters
CW recharge: The replacement of cooling water can be triggered ma-
nually. The water is fed from the loop for any possible further use (into
the untreated water storage tank, for example).
CW to drain: The drainage of the cooling water into the waste water
can be triggered manually.
Manuallling:The(rst)lloftheloopcantakeplaceonlyifthedevice
is in the “Ready” operating state.

Settings cooling water loop
Release operation loop The loop can be put into operation only once
the release is activated. The release should be activated only after the
loopislled.Whenafaultoccursintheloop,thereleaseiscancelled
by the controller.
Operation loop at operation ozone: Connection of the loop operation
to the ozone device operation:
Max time for cooling loop operation (the default setting is 6 hours): If
the max. cooling water temperature (25°C) on the loop thermostat is
not reached within the max. loop operating time (6 hours), the water is
replaced when the set time is reached. The heated water is then guided
away for any further use.
Max. time for standby (default setting is 24 hours): If the water is not
replaced within 24 hours while the device is in standby, the water is
drained into the waste water when the device is restarted.
Max. time for water charging (default setting is 15 min): After changing
ordrainingthewater,therellmustbecompletedwithin15minutes,
i.e.the“Max”tankllinglevelmustbereached.
Max. time for discharge/drain water (default setting is 30 min): If the
water is drained from the tank to change it or discharged as waste water,
the“Min”lllevelmustbereachedwithin30minutes.
Max. time for operation with temp. high (default setting is 10 min): Once
thewaterisdischarged/drainedfromthecontainerandtherellbegins,
the thermostat does not switch back to the “Temperature OK” state
immediately. The controller now tolerates 10 minutes of loop operation
while the thermostat is in the state “Temperature high”.
If this time is exceeded, a fault message is generated and the release
for operation of the cooling water loop is cancelled. The ozone device
isswitchedo󰀨asaresult.
Next screen: Cooling water demand
Cooling water demand
Water demand per charge: The actual cooling water demand is de-
termined using the number of charges and the operating hours. For
cooling water loop type 100 (100-litre tank), approx. 70 litres are
replaced each time. For type 300 (300-litre tank) approx. 200 litres are
replaced.Thevolumeofwaterreplacedcanbespeciedhere(service
password required).
The average water demand per hour shows the actual cooling water
demand for the device.
