■ After the vehicle is started, the transparent all-around view monitor interface
displays the picture when the vehicle is powered off last time. Therefore, the
foreign objects below the vehicle and the surrounding blind spots may be
inconsistent with the actual situation. The picture will be updated in real time
after the vehicle moves for a distance longer than the vehicle body.
The all-around view monitor has transparent all-around view function to allow
viewing of the image below the vehicle. This function is only used to assist in
observation of area below the vehicle during parking/driving. Investigation of
foreign objects below the vehicle and dangerous situations should be carried
out in any other manner to ensure the safety of personnel and the vehicle.
During driving of the vehicle at a low speed, the transparent all-around view
function is affected by speed fluctuation or multiple stops and braking, and
there will be misalignment between the image below the vehicle and the
exterior image.
As fish-eye wide angle cameras are applied to the system, there may be
certain difference between the objects displayed and the actual ones.
The all-around view monitor system is only used for assisting parking/driving.
However, parking or driving the vehicle only depending on this system is
unsafe, because there are some dead zones both in front of and behind the
vehicle. To avoid causing accidents, the surroundings of the vehicle should
also be observed by other means during parking/driving.
Do not use the all-around view monitor system if exterior rearview mirrors are
not extended in place. Make sure that all doors are properly closed when
operating the vehicle with the help of the all-around view monitor system.
