Maintenance schedule
For the mileage and months of vehicle maintenance, whichever comes first.
Check and tighten the chassis
fixing screws
Check the brake pedal and
the EPB switch
Check brake pads and brake
discs
Check the pipeline and hoses
of brake system
Check guide pins of brake
caliper assembly
Check the steering wheel and
the gearshift lever
Check the dust cover of
transmission shaft
Check the ball pin and the
dust cover
Check front and rear
suspension devices
Check the door limiter.
Remove the dust from the pull
rod with a damp soft cloth,
and apply 0.3 ~ 0.8 grease to
the riveting place of the pull
rod and the rotating shaft
Check tires and inflation
pressure (including TPMS)
Check the alignment of front
and rear wheels
Tire rotation (check the air
pressure and tire condition at
least once a month)
Check whether there is any
play in wheel bearing
Check them every 12 months or 20,000 km and
replace any part with abnormal damage in time
Check them at 12 months or 20,000 km for the first
time,and every 24 months or 40,000 km afterwards,
or every 12 months or 20,000 km in severe
conditions
