If your CAB Label Maker display and navigator pad are not working, and the LED1 is not illuminating, try replacing the CPU or the power supply unit. If the LED1 flashes, you may need to reload the firmware. Also, check the cable connection between the CPU and the control panel, and ensure the correct voltages are active at the 3.3V and 5V measurement points on the CPU. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider replacing the LCD display or the PCB Navi Button.
