the recording. This shows up any variation caused by
weekly patterns of behaviour. In the example shown the
wearer is clearly far more active on Saturday than on an
average weekday, but there is more variation within those
also.
Note that both graphs can be affected by the View and
Options menus. The View menu controls whether
highlights are shown for each of the intensity levels. The
Options menu controls whether the discrete weeks are
considered to always start on a Monday (Calendar Week),
or on the first day of the recording (Consecutive Week).
