If previously downloaded recordings were not uploaded
(such as loss of Internet connection), you can manually
sync them by clicking the Sync Now button on the
Settings menu (Main Window Menu Sync Now).
The sync indicator will show on the Main Menu:
Clicking this indicator will open the Sync Status window:
