Manual Feeder Cleaning
If originals that have been fed through the feeder have streaks or appear dirty, clean the feeder's
rollers.
Do not dampen the cloth too much, as this may damage the original or break the machine.
Spin the rollers while cleaning them.
This procedure is necessary only if the optional Feeder (DADF-U1) (standard-equipped for the imageRUNNER
3245/3245i/3235/3235i) is attached.

Open the feeder cover.

Clean the rollers (a total of three places) inside the feeder cover with a cloth
dampened with water. Then, wipe the area with a soft, dry cloth.
