Why video cannot be recorded on an memory card of my Canon VB-H43?
    • J
      James ValdezSep 4, 2025
To record video to an memory card when an event occurs, check the [Video Record Action] settings under [Event] and ensure it's set to [Record to Memory Card], not [Upload]. If recording-mode stream video isn't being saved due to network errors or failed HTTP/FTP uploads, check [Operation Settings] under [Memory Card] and set it to [Save Logs and Videos] instead of [Save Log]. To manually save recordings, you need camera control privileges.
