4. Check that the dump lever is in the [NEUTRAL]
position, and lock it with the lock plate.
6.2.2 Normal Starting
1. Push the clutch lever to the [ (ON)] position.

2. Depress the parking brake pedal.
W h e n t h e s t e e r i n g l e v e r i s i n t h e
"NEUTRAL" position and the parking
brake pedal is in lock, a safety switch is
engaged and engine will not start.
