7.9 Electrical System
7.9.1 Fuses
Inspection
Fuses in the wiring circuits will prevent damage to electrical
systems.
Check fuses whenever electrical problems occur.
Slow blow fuse
Fuse
Open the battery box cover, and check that no
fuse is blown.
Slow Blow Fuse
• 30A : Main glow
• 40A : Alternator
Fuse
• 5A : Hour meter, alarm monitor, fuel pump
• 5A : Horn
Replacement
If a fuse is blown, investigate the cause, then replace the fuse with another
cor-
rect capacity fuse. Correct capacity fuse must be used for warranty to
apply.
