How to enable 'Download Images' in CapsoView® Medical Equipment?

If the 'Download Images' option is grayed out in CapsoView®, it means it's not enabled. Here’s what you can do: 1. Check the USB cable connection between the system and your computer. Ensure the system power is ON and the indicator light is lit. 2. Make sure your computer is set up to download capsule data and that the system USB driver is installed. 3. Try turning the system OFF, waiting a few seconds, and then turning it back ON. 4. Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable. 5. Restart the CapsoView® software. 6. Reboot your computer.
