Try turning the system OFF, waiting a few seconds, and then turning it back ON. 4. Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable. 5. Restart the CapsoView® software. 6. Reboot your computer.

If the known-good capsule docks successfully and the Procedure Information window appears, the original capsule may be damaged.
