The Voice Messages button allows you to
caption voice messages. When you first set up
the CaptionCall phone settings or touch the
Voice Messages button, you will get the chance
to choose the voice message source that is
best for you. There are three ways to caption
voice messages on the CaptionCall phone:
• CaptionCall Built-in Answering Machine:
Listen to and caption your messages right on the CaptionCall phone, without
using a separate service or device
• Provider Voicemail:
Access messages from multiple phones in the home or even away from home
by dialing in to your phone company’s voicemail system. When you access
the messages from the CaptionCall phone, you can listen to and caption the
messages
• Your Separate, Standalone Answering Machine:
Use a separate device and the CaptionCall handset to caption messages from
your standalone answering machine
To access CaptionCall Voice Messages settings, touch Settings and select Voice
Messages.
