If the CaptionCall phone loses connection
to the network or your telephone line is
disconnected, or when there is a problem
with your CaptionCall account, you will be
prompted with an alert.
Network Alerts
Often, network errors are simply connectivity issues. See Wired and Wireless
Network Settings on pages 61, 62 for assistance. If you are unable to resolve the
error, please call Customer Support at 1-877-557-2227.
Telephone Line Problem
This error is displayed when the CaptionCall phone is not connected to the
telephone line.
Check that the telephone line is connected to the back of the phone (see “The
Back of The CaptionCall Phone” on page 10). If the telephone line is connected,
contact your telephone provider for more assistance.
Account Error
Contact Customer Support at 1-877-557-2227.
