4.6.4 STEAM SUPPLY
(Barman 󰀬eam wand)
Place a container under the 󰀬eam
wand and press a 󰀬eam button to
dispense.

= Warm milk
= Frothed milk
Do not leave the wand immersed in
any liquid.
Use only the special rubber to
move the wand to avoid burns.
Dispensing ends automatically when
the set temperature is reached.
To end dispensing:
● Remove the container;
● Clean the wand with a clean,
damp cloth;
● Press and hold one of the 󰀬eam
buttons for a few seconds to
purge any milk residue inside the
nozzle.

pensing spout and press one of the
milk-based beverage dispensing but-
tons.
