The function of the motor overload is to protect the standby motor against high amperage draw. The overload provides
an adjustable knob to set the maximum amperage draw. The motor overload is also equipped with a reset button. This
overload has three positions - automatic reset, manual, and test. In the application the button should remain in the
automatic reset position.
