List Key
In the programming mode the List key can be used for a couple of different
special functions. In most menu’s pressing the List key will give you a list of
the available programming prompts in that menu. You can jump to any of the
prompts in the list by pressing that prompt name.
Note: The List key does not work when the cursor key is in the Department No.
field or the PLU No. fields.
For Editing a PLU
For example, in Menu 1120 New/Edit when editing a PLU you could move the
cursor to the PLU Type field and then press the List key to see all available
prompts. Then you could navigate to the Price and press the prompt name to
go directly to the Price prompt to enter a new price instead of having to press
the Enter key or Down Arrow key several times.
1. Access Menu 1120
2. Enter the Department Number of the PLU you want to edit and press Enter.
3. Enter the PLU Number that you want to edit and press Enter.
