CALL SCREENING
If Call Screening is ON, you will then hear your
greeting and the caller leaving a message
through the speakerphone.
The CALL SCREEN ON/OFF function is useful
when you do not want others to hear your
message being recorded. If you want to speak to
a caller, press SPEAKERPHONE or pick up
an extension phone. The TA-150 will
automatically stop recording.
MESSAGE INDICATOR
LIGHT
The MESSAGE INDICATOR LIGHT has four
settings:
1. OFF = The TA-150 machine is off.
2. ON (red light is solid) = machine is on and
there are no new or saved messages.
3. Red light flashes quickly = new messages
have been received and not yet played.
4. Red light flashes slowly = messages have
been played and saved.
NOTE:
ν The MESSAGE INDICATOR LIGHT does not indicate
messages that may be stored in MESSAGE FILE. When
messages are stored in MESSAGE FILE, the MESSAGE
FILE icon will appear in the display.

Press CALL SCREEN to turn Call
Screening OFF. You will hear a
confirmation tone and “SCREEN OFF”
will appear in the display.

Press CALL SCREEN again to turn
Call Screening ON. You will hear a
confirmation tone and “SCREEN OFF”
will disappear from the display.
