5. Maintenance and Precaustions
5.1 Maintenance
5.1.1 The glass plate is designed to insulate heat and UV
radiation. Please clean glass plate with a piece of
soft cloth and detergents other than viscous
detergent. Please clean sunshade with a piece of
soft cloth and detergents other than viscous
detergent.
5.1.2 Glass plate is sealed by a highly elastic wearproof
rubber seal ring to ensure water resistance. Make
sure that the seal ring is dust-free without debris.
Please clean the seal ring with wet sponge with a
frequency of once per two months. Application of
French chalk during maitenance will expand the
service life of seal ring. Moving parts of sunroof
are made of materials that require less
maintenance. It is recommended to clean
mechanical parts with engine oil or lubricant with
a frequency of once per two months.
5.1.3 Should water leak from sunroof, please clean
rubber seal ring immidiately.
