——Install new cylinder head bolts and washers into bolt
holes, screw in by hand.
——Tighten cylinder head bolts in four steps in the order
as diagram specified.
Step 1：Tighten to 20—40Nm
Step 2：Tighten to 40—60Nm
Step 3：Rotate 90°
Step 4：Rotate 90°
During rotating, torque- angle torque wrench or
line plotting methods may be applied.
3.Rocker arm mechanism and hydraulic lifting rod removal and installation
Rocker arm mechanism：
removal：
——Loosen rocker arm nuts，remove nuts.
——Remove rocker arm supports.
——Remove rocker arms.
——Remove rocker arm support shims.
——Put each group of rocker arm and rocker arm
support into the same plastic bag for reference，rocker
arm nuts are not permitted to reused after removed.
