Inspect the ball-head protective sleeve of knuckle and the clearance
Fasten the tyre nuts and install back the spare tyre and the accompanying tools
Add the specified-volume engine oil
Start the engine for 3 minutes
Test the engine computer and the sensor
Shut down the engine, wait for 90 seconds and then confirm the level of engine oil
Raise the vehicle again, inspect the engine oil filter, the oil pan, the oil drain bolts and the gearbox for oil leakage, and then lower
the vehicle
Conduct the trial run to inspect the vehicle, and then fill in the work card with all inspection results
Accompany the customer to inspect the vehicle and pay the fares
Remind the customer of the next maintenance
Take off three sleeves and one pad
Thanks and look after the customer
Note: For the manual transmission, replace the gear oil of transmission every year or every 30,000km; replace the brake fluid every 2 years or every 50,000km.
