SAFETY SYMBOLS
DANGER - High voltage.
Explanation: To avoid injury, death of personnel, or damage to the
instrument, the operator must refer to an explanation in the instruction manual.
Protective grounding terminal: To protect against electrical shock in case of
a fault. This symbol indicates that the terminal must be connected to ground
before operation of equipment.
WARNING
A WARNING sign denotes a hazard. It calls attention to a procedure,
practice, condition or the like which may result in injury or death of personnel
if it is not rightly observed.
