Appendix D: Overview of the Cisco IP Phone MPP GUI
NOTE: The following steps are not possible on the 7800 or 8800 Series phone screen using Enterprise firmware.
1. On your phone, press the Applications button [ ], scroll to Speed dials
2. On the Speed dials screen, press Edit
3. Scroll to Name and enter “abc” on the keypad
4. Scroll to number and enter a phone number. Click Save. Your entry should resemble this.
5. Press Call.
6. On your phone, press the Applications button [ ], scroll to User Preferences -> Call preferences -> Call Forwarding.
7. Select Forward busy number and set to 3800.
