Transfer Call to Voice Mail
NOTE: You must have an active voice mail account for this feature to work.
During an incoming call, press the Divert soft key to
send the call directly to voice mail.
Transfer a Call to another Users Voice Mail
Step 1
During an active call, press the (Transfer)
button on the phone.
The call is placed on hold.
Step 2
Dial #8, then the users 4 digit UW-Whitewater
extension.
The call will now be transferred directly to the new
user’s voice mail box.
