Disables password recovery.
system disable password recovery switch {all

all - Sets the configuration on switches in stack.
Example:
Switch(config)# system disable password

<1-9> - Sets the configuration on the Switch Number selected.
This setting is saved in an area of the flash memory that is accessible
by the boot loader and the Cisco IOS image, but it is not part of the
file system and is not accessible by any user.
recovery switch all
Returns to privileged EXEC mode.end

Switch(config)# end
