Configure the time interval and threshold by entering the diagnostic monitor interval and diagnostic monitor
threshold commands, respectively. The test leverages the Cisco Discovery Protocol that transmits packets.
The test runs every 75 seconds, and the failure threshold is set to 5 seconds by default.
