Power Requirements
DC input voltage Cisco IE-3000-8TC and Cisco IE-3000-4TC:

The DC-input power supply is an SELV circuit, and it can
only be connected to another SELV circuit.
Switch models with PoE cabability require an additional
power input connection to power the PoE ports. This
connection requires 48/54 VDC @2.4A.
PoE mode: 48VDC (nominal)/44-57 VDC (absolute
range)
PoE mode: 54VDC (nominal)/50-57 VDC (absolute
range)
