Use this command to display failures on a specific IEEE 802.17b based RPR interface.

Usage Guidelines This command displays the set of active failures for a specific IEEE 802.17b based RPR interface. The
display also specifies if an alarm has been demoted, as defined in Telcordia GR-253-CORE.
