[Function] Print the counter

[Outline] [The specification which is common to the model]
• This command prints the serial number counter data.
• After setting the current counter value in the print buffer as the print data (character string), it increments or
decrements the counter according to the set count mode.
[Caution] [The specification which is common to the model]
• The format used in setting the value to the print buffer depends on the GS C0 command.
• The count mode is set by the GS C1 or GS C; command. When execution of “GS c” command results in
excess of the last value of counter range, the countier returns to the first value of the counter range.
