Incoldweatherwiththeenginecold,
theairflowisincreasedgraduallyuntil
thesystemhaswarmedup,inorder
tolimitthedeliveryofcoldairintothe
passengercompartment.
Onenteringthevehicle,iftheinterior
temperatureismuchcolderorwarmer
thanthecomfortvaluesetting,there
isnoneedtoalterthevaluedisplayed
inordertoreachmorequicklythe
requiredlevelofcomfort.Thesystem
compensatesautomaticallyand
correctsthetemperaturedifferenceas
quicklyaspossible.
ThissettingisassociatedwithAUTOmode
only.However,ondeactivationofAUTOmode,
theindicatorforthelastsettingremainson.
ChangingthesettingdoesnotreactivateAUTO
modeifdeactivated.
Whentheindicatorlampinthebuttonison,the
airconditioningsystemoperatesautomatically:
thesystemmanagesthetemperature,air
flowandairdistributioninthepassenger
compartmentinanoptimumwayaccordingto
thecomfortlevelyouhaveselected.
Itispossibletomodulatetheintensityofthe
automaticcomfortprogrammebychoosingone
ofthreemodesettingsofferedinasecondary
pageofthe"Air conditioning"menu.

toactivateordeactivatethe
automaticmodeoftheair
conditioningsystem.

Tochangethecurrentsetting,shownbythe
greenindicatorlamp,pressthebuttonforthe
desiredmode:
"Soft":providessoftandquiet
operationbylimitingairflow.
"Normal":offersthebestcompromise
betweenacomfortabletemperature
andquietoperation(defaultsetting).
"Fast":providesstrongandeffective
airflow.
