bedeployed.
In the event of a rear or front collision,
noneofthelateralairbagsisdeployed.

forthethedriverandpassengers(withthe
exceptionoftherearcentrepassenger)inthe
eventofaserioussideimpactinordertolimit
theriskofinjurytothesideofthehead.
Eachcurtainairbagisbuiltintothepillarsand
theupperpassengercompartmentarea.

Thecurtainairbagisdeployedatthesame
timeasthecorrespondinglateralairbaginthe
eventofaserioussideimpactappliedtoallor
partofthesideimpactzoneB,perpendicular
tothelongitudinalcentrelineofthevehicleona
horizontalplaneanddirectedfromtheoutside
towardstheinsideofthevehicle.
Thecurtainairbaginflatesbetweenthefrontor
rearoccupantofthevehicleandthewindows.
Ifthiswarninglampcomesoninthe
instrumentpanel,accompaniedbyan
audiblesignalandamessage,contact
aCITROËNdealeroraqualified
workshoptohavethesystemchecked.
Theairbagsmaynolongerbedeployed
intheeventofaseriousimpact.
