Toassurethesafetyofyourchild,
thepassenger'sfrontairbagmustbe
deactivatedwhenyouinstallarearward
facingchildseatonthefrontpassenger
seat.
Otherwise,thechildwouldriskbeing
seriouslyinjuredorkillediftheairbag
weredeployed.
Reactivation
Whenyouremovetherearwardfacingchild
seat, with the ignition off, turn the switch to
the "ON"positiontoreactivatetheairbagand
soassurethesafetyofyourfrontpassengerin
theeventofanimpact.
Whentheignitionisswitchedon,
thiswarninglampcomesoninthe
instrumentpanelforapproximately
oneminutetosignalthatthefront
airbagisactivated.
Operating fault
Ifthiswarninglampcomesoninthe
instrumentpanel,accompaniedby
anaudiblewarningandamessage,
contactaCITROËNdealerora
qualifiedworkshoptohavethe
systemchecked.
Theairbagsmaynolongerbe
deployedintheeventofaserious
impact.
