The most common faults/issues are described along with their recommended remedies in the table

No Power
When the Power Button is pushed the
printer does not turn on
1. Check the power to the unit.
2. Check LED22 on CPU board.
3. The Power Switch.
4. Check the Mains Fuses.
5. Contact your local Service Technician
Power on – No
Display or Display
Rolling
The CPU Board is powered up but screen is
not visually booting
1. Check the flat ribbon cable
connection to the J7 connector of the
CPU board.
2. Contact your local Service Technician
Pressure High Error Pump running at over 120rps
1. Check Return Line to Ink Tank for
clogs.
2. Contact your local Service Technician
Pump Motor Error Pump motor will not turn
1. Check the resettable Fuses.
2. Check the Pump Cable.
3. Contact your local Service Technician
Cooling Fan Error Fan could be running or not for this fault
1. Check the resettable Fuses.
2. Check the wire cable for damages if
the fan is turning.
3. Contact your local Service Technician
Phase Error
Printhead unable to see or confirm proper
drop charging/phasing. Possibly dirty
printhead.
1. Check for Ink stream breakup.
2. Shutdown Printhead and clean & dry,

Charge Error
Charge Electrode shorted. Possibly dirty
Printhead
1. Check for Ink stream breakup.

1. Check the alignment of the Jet.

gutter.

Temperature Error
Printhead temp too hot or sensor shorted 1.Contact your local Service Technician
Electronics
Temperature Error
the cabinet temperature is too high
1. Ensure the fan is operating.
2. Ensure the Air filter is not clogged
(replace or clean if needed).
