High Voltage Trip the deflection plates are shorted or dirty
1. Ensure the Deflection Plates are clean
and dry.
2. Watch for Ink buildup due to lack of
grounding.
3. Check the Jet alignment.
4. Contact your local Service Technician
Modulation Error no ink droplets have been detected
1. Check for any tripped fuses.
2. Ensure that Printhead components
are clean and dry.

High Viscosity Error Ink thickness is too high
1. Ensure all the Fill caps are on tight.
2. Ensure the Make-up Tank has the
appropriate Make-up in it.
