If the printer is to be shut down for up to 7 days, flush the gutter with the correct cleaning solvent during
the auto-flush cycle to ensure the gutter is completely clean. Clean the rest of the printhead as needed.

If the printer is to be switched off for longer than 7 days, or transported, the ink and make-up should be
replaced with cleaning solvent to prevent valve and nozzle blocking. This can be done by using the
following process. 如果喷码机需要停机超过 7 天，或运输到其他地方，墨水和溶剂应该用清洗液洗干净，
避免阀和喷嘴堵塞。可以按如下步骤操作
1. Use the Ink and Makeup Change procedure (contact your local Service Technician for details) to
remove the Ink and Makeup from the Printer. The Makeup can be used as a cleaning solution for the
flush process. 利用墨水和溶剂更换流程（详细情况请联系当地技术人员），将墨水和溶剂排出机器。
溶剂可以在冲洗过程中充当清洗液
2. Pour roughly 500ml of Cleaning Solvent or Makeup in the Ink tank; reinstall the Ink tank, leaving the

3. Turn ON the power. 打开机器电源
4. Turn all “Override” conditions to “Yes.” This will ensure no errors will inhibit this process. 将所有“忽略”

5. Start the Jet by pressing the “START” button on the main screen. This will flush the Printer of Ink. 在主

6. Press the “STOP” button on the main screen to stop the Printer after 2 minutes. 按主菜单中的“关墨线”

7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 three times for long term storage. 长时间储存请重复上述 1-6 步 3 次
8. Replace an empty tank, leaving the tank adapter loose. Ensure the pickup and return lines are above
fluid levels during the process. The intent is to flush the system of all fluids. 放一个空的主墨水箱，分

9. Follow steps 3 through 7. 执行步骤 3-7 的流程
