If an intervention that is different from the
following ones is necessary, ask the
C.M.C. Service for authorization and in-
structions.
8.1 Daily maintenance 
All the following checks are to be per-
formed running the MEWP from the
emergency control station and without
anyone inside the basket.
Every day, before starting the MEWP, perform the
following operations:

hydraulic oil in the tank.

fuel in the tank.

coolant liquid.

Charge or

of the floor: oily or
greasy residues could
cause slipping.

Check the wholeness of
the instruction and warn-
ing decals.

Perform the following
testing operations by us-
ing the (emergency) con-
trols placed on the turret
when no one is aboard:
o stabilize the MEWP;
o lift and lower the tele-
scopic boom;
o lift and lower the jib;
o clockwise and coun-
terclockwise rotate
the turret;
o extend and withdraw
the telescopic boom.
It is
strictly for-
bidden to
use the
MEWP. Con-
tact the Ser-
vice.
