12 Operating tests
During the commissioning of the machine, we carried out the
following final operating tests. We have tested the correct op-
eration of the S19N and of its safety systems.
▪ Block of the maneuver in case of release of the opera-
tion lever selected.
▪ Basket levelling only allowed when the aerial part of the
MEWP is in rest position (pantograph and telescopic
boom on its support).
▪ Manual pump for recovery maneuvers in case of emer-
gency.
▪ Outriggers-boom operation interlock.
▪ Block of the maneuvers of the aerial part of the MEWP
when this is not stabilized.
▪ Block of stabilizers return/extraction when the aerial part
is not in rest position.
▪ Warning light for machine stabilization.
▪ Warning light for electrical supply of the MEWP.
▪ Warning light for travel consent.
▪ Emergency buttons in the control stations.
▪ Lock valves on the cylinders.
▪ Pressure relief valve for the protection of the entire hy-
draulic circuit.
▪ Pressure relief valves for the protection of the individual
parts of the system.
▪ Fuse for the protection of the electrical system.
