8.5 Maintenance after the first 400
hours

1500 hours)

Replacement of hydraulic oil.

The MEWP is equipped with a pressurized oil tank
capable of always keeping constant the pressure inside
the hydraulic circuit. In case you want to open the tank to
top up oil or perform an inspection, follow the procedure
below:
1. Place the MEWP in transport configuration;
2. Unscrew the tank cap (Picture 113);
3. Suck the oil from the tank;
4. Open the filter tap by a key;
5. Dismantle and replace the old hydraulic filter
with a new one with a 25 micron filtration
degree;
6. Fill the tank with the new oil until the maximum
level indicator.
The oil control levels can be monitored thanks to a level
indicator placed on the side of the tank.
Warning! The hydraulic circuit is pressurized
(max. 1,1 bar at strainer waste).
