With a full charge (100%), the 200 Ah battery pack is able
to perform at least a work cycle, which includes the
following sequence of operations:
1) stabilization.
2) complete machine development;
3) complete machine return;
4) destabilization;
5) travel for 10 meters.
On the battery pack*, there is a warning buzzer
that signal the minimum charge to operate
(15%) and the need to recharge it in order to
avoid the risk of an operator is blocked in the
basket with aerial part developed. At 10%
battery charge, it is possible only to return the
aerial part and at 5% the machine blocks.
AT THE END OF EACH WORKING SESSION
AND HOWEVER AT LEAST EVERY 15 DAYS,
IF THE MEWP IS NOT USED, ABSOLUTELY
RECHARGE THE BATTERY PACK.
4.6 Emergency operations
Before starting the emergency procedures, it could
be useful to contact C.M.C. Service and
communicate data on the display (par. 3.2.2).
In case of emergency, the control of the aerial part of the
MEWP can be preferably performed by the operator on
the ground using the radio control.
4.6.1 Emergency buttons
In case of emergency, push the emergency button: the
MEWP engine switches off and all operations are
disabled. This button has priority over all other
commands.
