Checking the applied blood:

The application area must be completely
covered with blood (example A), otherwise
incorrect values may be obtained.
If too little blood is applied (example B), do not try to
spread it or apply a second drop as this may lead to a
false measurement. Repeat the measurement with a
new test strip.
