How to fix document not feeding correctly in Colortrac Scanner?

  To ensure your document feeds correctly into the Colortrac Scanner: * Hold the original document with two hands and feed it into the scanner until you feel equal resistance on both sides from the feed rollers. * If this doesn't work, open the scanner to remove the original, close the scanner, and try again, ensuring you load the document into the center of the scanner. * Place the Paper Edge Guides either side of the document to help align and guide the document. * Also, check that the scanner is closed properly, with both latches clicked into place. * Finally, make sure the document is within the specification allowed for the scanner.

  If the Scan to USB function isn't working on your Colortrac Scanner, make sure that the USB memory stick: * Has been formatted as FAT32. * Has a maximum capacity of 128GB. * Has enough free space for the scan. Remember that a lower Scan Quality mode requires less space. As an alternative, set the Scan to USB file type to TIFF, as this function takes place inside the scanner. If this works, but file types PDF or JPG do not, then check the Scan to PC functionality.
