1.General
A.TheRampServicingOperationInstructions(RSOI),preparedbyCOMAC,contains
informationnecessarytosupporttheARJ21aircraftservicing,whichagreeswith
S1000D4.1internationalspecicationfortechnicalpublications.Theseprocedures
arestandardsthatarerecommendedbythemanufacturer,includingaircraftdimen-
sions,servicingaccess,emergencyaccessandequipments,routineuidreplen-
ishmentprocedureandgeneralservicingoftheaircraft.Thisinstructioncontains3
parts:
(1)Aircraftcharacteristics
(2)Aircrafthandling
(3)Servicingpointsandprocedures
B.RSOIisnotthecontinuousairworthinessdocument,justforthegroundcrewtotrain
andlearn.IfRSOIandcontinuousairworthinessdocumentconict,thecontinuous
airworthinessdocumentshallprevail.
C.BothRSOIandACAPprovidethearcraftcharacteristics,ACAPfocusonairportplan-
ningandairportoperation,RSOIfocusonairplanegroundservicingandprocedure.
