The percentage of the main sleep episodes of each day
(Main Sleep Episodes Total Time / Total Sleep Time).

Secondary Sleep
Episodes
The number of sleep episodes that are not considered
as main sleep episodes based on the parameters
defined in the Light/Dark Phase page.
Secondary Sleep
Episodes Total Time
The total sleep time of the secondary sleep episodes,
based on the parameters defined in the Light/Dark
Phase page.
Percentage of
Secondary Sleep
Episodes
The percentage of the secondary sleep episodes of
each day (Secondary Sleep Episodes Total Time /
Total Sleep Time).
Awakenings in Main
Sleep Episodes
The total number of awakenings in the main sleep
episodes.
Start Time of the
Main Sleep Episode
The start time (bed time) of the main sleep episode of
each day, based on the parameters defined in the
Light/Dark Phase page. Reminder: the main sleep
episode is the longer sleep episode of the day.
The "Daily Statistics Summary" table shows the Minimum, Maximum and
Average values for all the columns in the "Daily Statistics" table.
This field is used to set the "Start Time of the Day"
that is used in the "Start Time of the Main Sleep
Episode" calculation in the "Daily Statistics
Summary" table.
