– The ventilation opening in the
cannister top must be clear.
– When laying the hoses, make sure
that there are no kinks in the hose.
• Use the following measures to set up
the cleaning cannister:
– The cannister should be easily
reachable on a level surface next to
the unit. check regularly that the
cannister is full.
– The cannister is not allowed to be
placed over the unit area.
– The level of the surface for the
cannister can’t be more than 1 m
under the bulkhead connections.

• Connect the drain referring to Chapter
4.2 (open connection via a siphon with
funnel).
• As an option, the automatic cleaning
system can be fitted in the Service level
by a trained Service technician if
desired by the user. (→ in Service
Handbook)
11.2 Marine version
• Set up is possible on the floor with
standing units and on a stand with table
units.
Fasten the unit according to the
condition of the installation surface with
the flange feet.
• When installing a table unit (marine
version) on a marine version stand,
proceed as follows:
– Adjust the stand for the marine
version to a level position using the
adjustable feet (use a water level).
– Align the fastening angle to the
stand over the long holes. Make
sure that the screws are re-
tightened. Fasten the angle to the
floor.
– Remove the unit feet with the flange
plate
– Assemble the enclosed feet (with
thread M10 on the feet underside).
– Set the combi steamer on the stand
and align over the holes Ø13 mm.
– Adjust the unit to a level position
with the height adjustable feet (use
water level).
– Screw on the washers and the
spring washer of the square pipe
from underneath to the unit feet
using the enclosed screws M10.
