11.3 Stacking kit
• The stacking kit is used to stack two
combi steamers on top of each other.
You can install two electrical OES/OEB
appliances on top of each other. It is
also possible to stack the gas units
OGS/OGB.
• The following combinations are
permitted:
Combi steamer the sizes
– 6.10 on 6.10
– 6.10 on 10.10
– 6.20 on 6.20
– 6.20 on 10.20
– Never stack unit sizes 10.10 or
10.20 on top!
• The following tools are needed for
assembly:
Drill, steel bit Ø 5 mm.

see separate instructions.
11.4 Grilling version
• The Grilling version operates via a
separate grease drain in the oven floor.
Drippings and grease from chickens
collect in a grease collection tub and
drain directly through the grease drain
to the outside into a suitable, non-tip
grease collection container. (i.e. metal
bucket, approx. 10-15 Liter, from the
customer).
Attention: Danger of burning when
working with hot grease and when
water sprays in hot grease!
• Additional partitioning trays are placed
between the chickens to prevent
seasonings from building up due to
drippings from above.
