TROUBLESHOOTING
If your shade is not operating correctly, refer to the following troubleshooting procedures for specic solutions

Problem Solution
Shade not raising/
lowering evenly
Ensure the installation brackets are level and aligned and shim the brackets, if
necessary. Roll up the shade until the bottom is fully raised, then reinstall the shade.
Shade not operating
Ensure that the Chain loop or Wand is hanging straight down from the Wand or
Clutch Bracket Assembly.
Solar-Powered
Remote not
functioning correctly
See included Somfy remote manual for additional instructions.
Orientation of the
bracket mount needs
to be changed
Remove the two screws from both brackets. IMPORTANT: On Idle End keep the
opening facing out and rotate the bracket to desired orientation. On the Control
End, keeping the Wand Eyelet or Chain hanging straight down, rotate the bracket
to desired orientation. Put the screws back in.
