6. Beverage tubing (1/4 I.D.) should be routed from back of valve panel to center area where soda valve hook-
ups from cold plates are located.
7. Install lower and upper portion of Ice chute cover using the washers and nuts.
NOTE: Make sure the gasket is in place before installing the lower portion of the ice chute cover.
8. Install Flavor shot nozzle assembly and slide the nozzle down on the bosses, as shown in Figure 14A.
Secure Nozzle in position with 2 thumb screws.
9. Install nyloc nuts on the back of the thumb screw.Once the nyloc is secured, hand tighten the thumbscrew,
as shown in Figure 14B.
10. Install flavor shot vertical support bracket. Slide the bracket down the inserts as shown in Figure 15.
11. Cut the ends of the flavor shot hoses at a 45° angle and insert into the nozzle in the position as shown in
Figure 16.
Firmly press the hoses into the nozzle as far as possible.
NOTE: Follow steps 12 through 14 for shots & renew units.
12. Install support structure. Remove 2 screws, where the wrapper attaches to the hopper (See Figure 17A).
13. Insert the frame assembly into the slots in the wrapper and slide downward (See Figure 17B).
14. Replace 2 screws through the frame and wrap into the hopper (See Figure 17C).
Torque screw to 12 in-lb.
