SANITIZING
The syrup systems should be sanitized every 3 months using a non-scented liquid
household bleach containing a 5.25% sodium hypo chlorite concentration. See the
Service section of this manual for sanitizing procedure.
DOUBLE LIQUID CHECK VALVE INSPECTION & CLEANING
Refer to Section OPERATION (page 22) .
CHECK FOR LEAKS
Refer to Section INSTALLATION (page 14) .
CHECK RATIO
Refer to Section INSTALLATION (page 15) .
Should be done whenever "avors are changed or any service is preformed.
