TROUBLE SHOOTING
IMPORTANT -- Only a service person should service internal components or
electrical wiring.
IMPORTANT -- If repairs are to be made to one of the syrup circuits, disconnect
applicable syrup tank and bleed pressure from the system before proceeding.
IMPORTANT -- If repairs will be made to the CO2 or carbonated water systems,
disconnect electrical power to the carbonator, shut off CO2 and water supplies,
then bleed systems before proceeding.
TROUBLESHOOTING POST-MIX SYSTEM

1. Replenish syrup supply.
2. Securely connect syrup supply
container into syrup system.
3. Adjust syrup tanks secondary
CO2 regulator as instructed.
Adjust primary CO2 regulator as
instructed.
4. Repair dispensing valve syrup
!!!! ow!control.
5. Replace tapered gasket.
Make sure it seatsproperly.
Water and CO2 to the system must be turned off and the system depressurized prior to performing
this service.
Failure to comply could result in serious injury,death or damage to the equipment.
