7) Slide the end panels on both ends of the cover.
Ensure the I-beams have slid over the panel on
both bottom and top side. (Figure 44)
CAUTION
 Ensure that the panels are pushed as far as
possible by hand and are completely inserted in
the I-beam.
WARNING
 Ensure I-beams are oriented toward the top as
indicated with the sticker. (Figure 42)
 When assembling C-channel onto foam panel,
be careful not to delaminate the fiberglass.
 Make sure the I-beams have cleared bottom and
top section.
8) Insert the corner brackets in both ends of the C-
channels remaining. Use the provided Robertson
sheet metal #8 x ½ in. screws on the inside holes.
The two remaining holes will be used later.

WARNING
 Do not overtighten screws as they might break.
9) On one end of the cover, slide one corner
brackets and C-channels assembly. (Figure 46)
10) On both corner of the assembly, use the provided
Robertson sheet metal #8 x ½ in. screws on the
inside holes of the side C-channels already
installed. (Figure 47)
WARNING
 Do not overtighten screws as they might break.
