conditions. At the same time, it will also check whether the DC input of PV
modules is sufficient. The inverter will turn into normal operation mode when
both of AC and DC conditions are fulfilled. The inverter will disconnect from the
power grid and switch to standby mode when the sunlight is weak and power
generation is small. The inverter will try to reconnect to the power grid and
generate power again when the voltage of PV modules is stable and higher
than the set point.
4.4 Fault shutdown
The inverter will be shut down automatically when the PV power
generation system fails, such as output short circuit, grid overvoltage /
undervoltage, grid overfrequency / underfrequency, high ambient temperature
or internal malfunction of the machine.
The causes of fault can be identified based on the faults listed in Table 4-1.
Proper treatment is recommended before contacting after-sales service. There
are mainly 3 types of faults: alarm, protection and hardware fault.
